72-Hour Health Assurance
We require that you take your puppy to a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of receiving them. This initial check-up is important for confirming your puppy’s health and for starting their journey with your trusted vet. If any health concerns arise during this period, you must notify us immediately with documentation from your veterinarian.
1-Year Genetic Health Guarantee
We offer a 1-year guarantee against serious genetic or hereditary conditions that could impact your puppy’s quality of life. If such an issue is diagnosed within the first year, we will work with you to find an appropriate resolution, which may include providing a replacement puppy or contributing to veterinary costs, as outlined in our agreement.
What’s Covered
Our health guarantee covers any congenital or hereditary conditions that may affect your puppy’s well-being. It also ensures that your puppy is free from serious infectious diseases at the time of adoption.
Owner Responsibilities
To maintain the validity of this guarantee, it is essential that you:
- Take your puppy to a veterinarian for regular check-ups and recommended vaccinations.
- Provide your puppy with a high-quality diet, a safe environment, and proper care.
- Follow your veterinarian’s advice regarding preventative care, including parasite control and vaccinations.
Exclusions
Our health guarantee does not cover:
- Minor or treatable conditions such as parasites or respiratory infections.
- Illnesses resulting from neglect, accidents, or improper care.
- Stress-related conditions that can occur during the adjustment period in their new home.
